These terms govern your use of worldsourcery.com. The site is operated by Jifu LLC, 131 Continental Dr, Suite 305, Newark, DE, United States. WorldSourcery is a trading name of Jifu LLC.
What this website is
This site describes sourcing, inspection and freight services and lets you contact us. It is not an offer capable of acceptance, and nothing on it forms a contract. A contract exists only when we issue a written quotation that you accept in writing.
Enquiries and quotations
- Prices, lead times and availability shown or discussed are indicative until confirmed in a written quotation.
- Quotations are valid for the period stated on them, and are subject to product availability and prevailing freight rates.
- We may decline an enquiry for any lawful reason, including where we cannot verify a supplier to our own satisfaction.

Some categories shown on this site are not yet operating. They are marked as such and their links invite you to register interest rather than to place an order. We accept no obligation to open any particular desk.
Inspection and quality
Where inspection is included in a quotation, it is a visual and documentary check against the specification you supplied, carried out before shipment. It is not a laboratory test, a certification, or a guarantee of fitness for a particular purpose unless we expressly agree otherwise in writing. Responsibility for product compliance in the destination market remains with you as importer unless we agree otherwise in writing.
Your responsibilities
- Provide accurate specifications, and tell us about any regulatory requirements in your market.
- Satisfy yourself that goods may lawfully be imported into your jurisdiction.
- Do not use this site to submit unlawful, misleading or abusive content.
Liability
The site is provided as is. To the extent permitted by law, we exclude liability for indirect or consequential loss, and our total liability arising from your use of the site is limited to the amount you have paid us under the relevant quotation. Nothing in these terms limits liability for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by negligence.
Intellectual property
The WorldSourcery name, text and design on this site belong to Jifu LLC. You may view and print pages for your own commercial evaluation; you may not republish them without permission.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, and the courts of Delaware have exclusive jurisdiction, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection rules in your country of residence.
